A Social Affair was delighted to plan the launch party for The New 473 Albert and Zinati Realty.
Our canvas was an office building's top floor, stripped to its bare concrete. Our audience was real estate brokers. We showcased this downtown property by hanging local art on the walls, gentle light washes highlighting the building's strong bones, and bringing in one the city's most renowned restaurants (NeXT) to provide the catering. We animated the space with live art battle painting and beats from DJ Joel Cabana.
